- If the product(s) delivered are inaccurate compared to the ones you ordered.
- If the product(s) delivered are damaged upon receipt.
- If the product(s) delivered do not fit.
Please take note of the following guidelines for Returns and Exchanges:
- The product being returned for exchange should be in unused condition, with its original tags and packaging intact.
- Products purchased on discount are not eligible for exchange (except for inaccurate or damaged deliveries).
- If the desired size or design is not immediately available, we will issue a credit note or code that you can redeem for a purchase from our website www.kavarsa.com within the next 90 days.
Please be aware that the shipping costs for returning the product purchased for exchange will not be reimbursed.
To Return & Exchange A Product
Simply send an email to kavarsa@gmail.com to connect with our dedicated Customer Care team. They will guide you through the process and ascertain the reasons for your Returns & Exchanges.
- For Returns & Exchanges due to inaccurate deliveries or damages on receipt, the cost of return/reverse shipping will be borne by KavarSa.
- For Returns & Exchanges due to fit issues, the cost of return/reverse shipping will be borne by the customer.
- We will issue a Credit note for Refunds for the orders placed on the website
You have a window of 10 business days from the date of receiving the product to return it in an unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, along with the original tags, packaging, and sales invoice. Please use the services of a trusted courier agency of your choice to ensure safe return delivery. Properly secure the merchandise to prevent damage during transit, as damaged goods will not be replaced or refunded.
Once we receive the returned package, our team will assess its condition. If eligible for replacement (subject to availability), we will promptly dispatch the new item to your address. If not eligible for return, we will send the goods back to you. Please allow up to 10 business days for the entire exchange process to be completed.
Kindly note that items purchased online from third-party websites or our retail stores are not eligible for return or exchange, and no refund/cancellation is applicable for products bought during Sale or Special/Discount Offers.

- Post 24-Hour Cancellation: After the initial 24-hour period, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications, as the production process would have already begun, and resources allocated for your order.
